Our Firm
Recognizing a gap in the market for a commitment to excellence and a client-centric approach, Michael Epstein set out to change the industry. Founded in July 2008, Financial Recovery Strategies (“FRS”) was built on a simple yet powerful mission: to set the gold standard in client-focused class action claims management by delivering optimal results without imposing risk, upfront costs, or administrative burdens on our clients. Guided by strategic growth and a focused vision, FRS has grown into one of the largest and leading asset recovery firms, dedicated to uncovering and reclaiming lost revenue opportunities. At the heart of our work lies our expertise in class action claims management, which remains the core of our asset recovery services.
Rethinking Class Action Claims Management: As the landscape of class action claims management becomes increasingly complex and competitive, choosing the right provider has never been more critical. That’s why it’s essential for businesses to look beyond superficial statements and identify what truly sets a provider apart. At FRS, those differences are clear not only in the results we deliver but also in how the process is managed with accuracy, integrity, and respect for clients’ time. A leading provider must also act ethically and prioritize the client’s interests. Many providers are satisfied with the moniker of “third-party claims filers,” a label that only describes the basic function of submitting proofs of claim, often leading to similar results. FRS adopts a more consultative and comprehensive approach. We introduced the term “Class Action Claims Management Consultant” to better reflect the full range of services we provide, customized for a client base of approximately 44,000, of which 36,500 are currently active. Our clients range from Fortune-listed multinational conglomerates to small proprietorships.
