Dan Coggeshall, Chief Information Officer, joined FRS in 2015 after eight years at Rust Consulting, where he held roles in information technology and antitrust class action claims administration. At Rust, Dan led the Pharmaceutical Team, managing over 40 multimillion-dollar settlements and distributing more than $1 billion in funds within three years. He also spearheaded large-scale data initiatives involving hundreds of millions of records, developing proprietary algorithms supporting data comparison and integrity. At FRS, Dan oversees back-office operations, including Information Technology, Processing, and Quality Assurance. Under his leadership, FRS has strengthened IT security through access controls and process improvements, enhanced system reliability via cloud migration, and rebuilt its CRM architecture to align with business goals and modern data standards. As FRS grows in clients and data volume, Dan is focused on scaling operations via automation and AI integration, ensuring that FRS is positioned to process increasingly complex datasets with efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. His strategic approach blends deep technical expertise with a focus on sustainable growth and operational excellence. Dan holds an M.S. in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Business Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
