In 2025, Erin was nominated by her peers and appointed to the Unclaimed Property Professional Organization’s (UPPO) Claimant Representative Committee. There, she collaborates with other recovery professionals to shape industry practices, advocate for regulatory improvements, and strengthen partnerships with unclaimed property holders. Her work supports a more transparent and efficient claims process across the industry. At FRS UP, Erin ensures each client engagement is backed by thorough legal and in-depth research.
