Gail Becker, Chief Administrative Officer, has been with FRS since 2014, and leads the company’s human resources, financial, and administrative functions, ensuring alignment between employee relations, organizational culture, and business objectives. She draws on decades of experience across law, finance, and executive management. Prior to joining FRS, Gail was President and Chief Legal Counsel of Labor Relations Specialists, advising management, unions, and employees on labor disputes, while also serving as a mediator and arbitrator in business and employment law cases. Earlier, she held key leadership roles as General Counsel and Executive Vice President for a Department of Defense manufacturing company, where she also acted as Facility Security Officer. Additionally, Gail gained valuable experience in banking and finance as Lead Counsel and Banking Liaison for a mortgage bank. Her comprehensive leadership in finance, through oversight of key administrative functions and human resources, in building a skilled and dependable workforce, has been instrumental to the company’s success.
