Howard Yellen, Advisory Board Member, brings extensive experience and deep industry insight to the FRS team. His role on the advisory board provides strategic guidance and helps to continuously shape and refine the company’s approach to class action settlement recovery. Drawing on his extensive legal expertise and industry experience, Howard offers valuable insights to ensure FRS remains at the forefront in claims management and recovery services. A recognized advocate for class members in both securities and commercial class action settlements, Howard co-founded Spectrum Settlement Recovery to deliver comprehensive claims filing and recovery services. Spectrum has leveraged its deep expertise in class action settlement recovery to assist over 5,000 companies. Earlier in his career, Howard practiced law at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a prominent San Francisco-based law firm with offices throughout the U.S. He earned his A.B. from Vassar College and his J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, where he served as Technology Editor of the California Law Review.
