His unique combination of strategic foresight, operational discipline, and client-centered leadership has positioned FRS as one of the most trusted privately held companies in its field. Michael’s success stems from an unwavering commitment to building strong relationships, both internally with his team and externally with clients and strategic partners. His hands-on approach, honed through various managerial roles, has instilled in him a deep understanding that lasting business success depends on three key elements: exceptional customer service, consistent quality, and a motivated, mission-driven team. Michael is recognized for his innovative, growth-oriented approach and has spearheaded several strategic mergers that have significantly expanded FRS’s reach and capabilities. One notable merger integrated a veteran asset recovery firm with experience dating back to 1999, whose team now operates as independent contractors for FRS. Another transformative merger expanded the client base by more than 1,500 accounts, while a third established a strategic alliance with Spectrum Settlement Recovery, a leading firm in claims management. Michael has overseen the management of more than 100 class action settlements, recovering an estimated $400 million for clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune-ranked multinationals. He has led the successful onboarding of over 44,000 client companies, including more than 450 with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. In 2020, he launched FRS UP, a specialized unclaimed property entity that has already recovered over $30 million and is now considered one of the premier firms in its field. Michael’s drive to deliver results and create value through innovation continues to shape the industry and the company’s evolution. Outside of work, Michael brings the same discipline and attention to his personal life as he does to his professional pursuits. A former competitive diver, Michael trained with a seven-time U.S. Olympic diving coach in his early years before redirecting his efforts toward entrepreneurial ventures. He has been happily married to his wife, Sabrina, for 25 years. Together, they have two children, and Michael enjoys spending time with his family when he’s not focused on work.
