He specializes in complex, multi-layered situations, often turning around distressed or underperforming companies. Michael has advised high-net-worth clients at The Merrill Lynch Family Office and managed a globally diversified private family office portfolio. Starting his career as a field geologist, he brings a technical perspective to investment strategy. He holds a B.S. from Emory University and an MBA from Georgia State University. Michael has extensive experience across IT, software, manufacturing, media, and fintech, driving operational improvements and value creation.
