Norman Jung, Executive Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, joined FRS in 2016 and brings over 34 years of experience in the class action industry. He leads FRS’s financial antitrust settlements, helps clients monetize unknown IT assets, and identifies new revenue streams. Norman is well-versed in class action claims administration and claims management. Before FRS, he served as Vice President of Operations at a global class action recovery firm, managing securities and antitrust claims for institutional investors and Fortune-listed companies. He oversaw client recoveries exceeding $200 million and implemented systems that processed over $10 billion in transactions. Earlier in his career, Norman was a settlement administrator with Heffler, Radetich & Saitta, a pioneer in class action claims administration. There, he managed fraud prevention systems and administered settlements involving more than $500 million in funds and over 10,000 claims, including the landmark Asbestos School Litigation Fund, the first class action fully administered online. Norman dedicated two years to the U.S. Peace Corps, supporting small businesses in Slovakia. With collaboration from U.S. Agency of International Development and the European Union’s PHARE Program, he successfully developed a micro-lending initiative for a local non-governmental organization.
