Robin Niemiec, Chief Operating Officer, joined FRS in 2015 from Rust Consulting, a leading class action claims administrator. At Rust, Robin managed the Florida office and led the consumer and antitrust claims administration practice. An attorney by training, she spent a decade overseeing antitrust class action settlements and became one of the most experienced managers of such administrations in the U.S. Robin oversaw more than 160 direct and indirect purchaser antitrust settlements, many among the most data-intensive and complex in U.S. history. These cases involved hundreds of thousands of class members, settlement funds exceeding $15 billion, and the processing of more than 6 million claims. Robin distinguished herself by her deep commitment to engaging with class members, understanding their requirements, and tailoring solutions to their unique set of circumstances. This approach contributed to the exceptional success of her projects and made her a trusted resource for class counsel. She was frequently consulted on project design and was instrumental in preparing submissions for court approval. As COO for FRS, Robin brings exceptional strategic oversight, legal expertise, and operational discipline to every project, consistently driving efficiency, accountability, and outstanding results across the organization.
