Relationship Management: The Relationship Manager is the FRS primary point of contact and will be the first to connect with the client’s designated representative once our services are initiated, and throughout the lifecycle of the engagement. They guide the onboarding process and work with businesses to develop the Client Information Record (CIR). This data is a comprehensive business profile of the client's organization, including subsidiaries, divisions, and locations. The CIR helps ensure that all eligible business units are included in the claims we file on behalf of our clients. The Relationship Manager will also maintain the accuracy of the CIR by monitoring corporate changes such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, which, when properly identified, can at times enhance the value of the claim. During the term of the claim, they coordinate with internal teams to support timely data collection, assist with documentation, audit responses, and keep the client informed of key settlement developments.  The FRS Relationship Management Team is composed of six (6) members. They are the dedicated go-to resource every step of the way.
Processing: The goal of the Processing Team, in conjunction with the Relationship Manager, is to expertly prepare and submit claim form(s) as well as collect and file all data and documents required to support a client’s claim. Our Processing Team also interacts with claims administrators and class counsel to stay current on all claim-filing deadlines, documentation requirements, and important developments. In addition, the team will address any audit or deficiency inquiries that may occur by leveraging their collective knowledge to resolve issues efficiently and minimize client involvement. Our proactive, end-to-end approach reflects the strength and standards of our experienced team. FRS’s Processing Team consists of eleven (11) members. Six (6) of the Processing Team members were previously part of the antitrust division of Rust Consulting, a leading claims administrator, and have more than 100 years of class action settlement claims experience.
Legal: FRS’s Legal Team plays a critical, hands-on role in ensuring compliance with settlement requirements, helping to protect and, at times, optimize our clients’ recoveries. When FRS believes our clients’ claims are being unfairly treated by claims administrators or class counsel, our experienced Legal Team steps in to advocate on their behalf. FRS has taken action, at our own expense, by challenging unfair treatment by claim administrators, including retaining and working with outside counsel, when necessary, to prevent those clients from being prejudiced. In collaboration with our Research Team, the Legal Team determines when “Client Updates” are necessary to communicate significant class action or settlement developments. When updates are warranted, the Legal Team takes the lead in producing accurate and timely communications for our clients. FRS’s Legal Team also provides guidance across all specialized teams, helping to identify legal matters and manage risk while ensuring company-wide compliance with applicable laws and operational requirements. Their strategic oversight supports sound decision-making and protects the integrity of FRS’s business across every function. FRS’s Legal Team consists of four (4) members, and collectively, they bring over 100 years of legal experience.
Information Technology: With a large and diverse client base, FRS is highly committed to managing and protecting client data and documentation throughout every stage of the claims management process. This includes the collection, processing, transmission, and secure storage of sensitive information. These activities occur daily and are carried out by the majority of FRS personnel, reflecting the company's ongoing commitment to data integrity and client trust. To support these responsibilities, FRS has made and continues to make substantial investments in its technological infrastructure. To date, FRS has invested several million dollars in its systems and technology infrastructure, with that figure increasing each year, to support its continued growth and effectiveness. This includes ongoing enhancements to our client relationship management platform, the implementation of advanced data security protocols, continuous staff training, and the ongoing development of our Information Technology Team. These combined investments ensure that FRS remains a trusted partner and is fully equipped to manage client data with precision and integrity. FRS’s Information Technology Team consists of five (5) members. Together, they support the firm’s technical infrastructure, data systems, and platform administration to ensure seamless operations and continued innovation.
Research: The FRS Research Team monitors a wide range of sources to identify consumer and antitrust class actions, parens patriae actions brought by state attorneys general, and other representative lawsuits pending in U.S. federal and state courts, as well as select international jurisdictions. This expansive scope of monitoring ensures that clients stay informed of settlement opportunities that might otherwise be overlooked, potentially resulting in meaningful financial recoveries. The team begins tracking cases long before settlements are announced, monitoring hundreds of matters at any given time, eliminating the need for clients to dedicate resources to identifying relevant cases and staying on top of settlement developments. Instead, clients can focus on managing their business. The Research Team continuously monitors new cases and tracks developments in existing ones to initiate or update “Settlement Summaries” that alert clients and those associated with FRS to relevant case information and updates. They also provide ongoing research and insights to author the “Client Updates,” keeping clients informed throughout the lifecycle of their claim. FRS clients are significantly less likely than non-clients to miss valuable recovery opportunities or important developments related to their claim due to the comprehensiveness and thoroughness of our research. The Research Team is an extension of the FRS Legal Team. This integration ensures clients benefit from the most accurate and in-depth research in the industry.
Quality Assurance: FRS fully recognizes that each of our clients has entrusted us to represent their interests with the highest standards of ethics and integrity. With that responsibility in mind and given that FRS signs each proof of claim under penalty of perjury, we take the accuracy and reliability of every submission extremely seriously. While we have complete confidence in our Processing Team’s meticulous attention to detail, when applicable, we go a step further and have our Quality Assurance Team (“QA”) review submissions made on our client's behalf to ensure accuracy and full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and court orders. QA emphasizes accuracy not only to ensure compliance but also to help maximize the value of each claim on our clients’ behalf. In addition, our QA team reviews distribution payments to ensure disbursements are calculated correctly before claim checks are mailed to clients. Beyond claims processing, QA plays a critical role company-wide, supporting multiple specialized teams through rigorous fact-checking and verification of work product. The Quality Assurance Manager comes from Rust Consulting and held a key role in managing consumer and antitrust class settlements totaling $1.5 billion and involving the review of hundreds of thousands of claims.
